Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is recommended if possible when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. I do not charge a cancellation fee, I understand my clients have busy lives and unexpected situations can arise.
Late Arrivals
I do not anticipate having to shortened your session if you arrive late, as I normally give plenty of time for your needs and complete consideration for your session. However, if your arrival time is considerably late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
